ONCE DEPOSIT AND CONTRACT HAS BEEN RECEIVED: We will then send out a confirmation email to you confirming your pick, as well as pertinent details for puppies arrival and steps moving forward. We do not hold puppies or pick spots without both the contract and deposit.
WATCHING PUPPY GROW! Once pups are on the ground and thriving, we send out a litter announcement with final puppy counts of male and female as well as a litter picture. During the week the pups turn 2, 4 and 6 weeks of age an update as well as pictures and videos are sent out.
VISITS: As a precaution to our puppies and adult dogs, we do not have in person visits until pups are 8 weeks old and are being picked out. There are many diseases that can be deadly to young pups, and unintentionally brought into our environment on shoes, clothing etc. We want all of our new puppy families to have the comfort of knowing that their puppy has had the best possible protection during their time with us.
PICKING PUPPY UP: Pups stay with us until they are 8 weeks of age, where they are then picked up at our home. We do not ship our puppies, but we will work with you to find the best way to transport your puppy if that is needed. We will meet you at the Canton/Akron airport for puppy to fly back in cabin with you. If you are not able to pick puppy up from our home, our preferred method of transportation is with Elite Pup Companions who will fly with your puppy in cabin, or provide ground transportation to Cleveland or Pittburgh airports (additional fee applies).
BALANCE: The balance is due when puppy is picked up at 8 weeks of age.
